Quote of the Week

"You can't just sit there and wait for people to give you that golden dream; you've got to get out there and make it happen for yourself." Diana Ross

"The customer is looking for two things. They want to know that you care about them personally, and they want to know what you are going to do about it now." - Jeffrey Gitomer

FAQ

Why do you charge for a subscription, aren’t most e-letters free?

We work hard to save you time by searching for what motivates consumers, why they act as they do, and how you can be more successful. We dedicate over 10 hours a week to research so we can keep you current on the issues that will make you a better salesperson. And we send you the information in a format that is more succinct, relevant and useful.

Second, if you don’t pay for it you won’t use the information. Think about that…if you invest in something, you study it and make sure you get benefit from it. If it is free, you don’t give it much value and quickly lose interest in it.

Will you give me specific help?

As time allows we will definitely respond to questions about specific situations. If it is a situation that we feel is frequently encountered, we will ask permission to change the names to protect the innocent, and then use it in one of our newsletters. We think these “real life” situations and answers will be especially beneficial to our subscribers.

I want to learn more about specific issues, can you help?

You bet!  If a lot of people express an interest in the same subject, we can put the info in a series of e-letters. We can also direct you to the sources of the materials or some books on the subject. Whatever we do, we will save you a lot of time.

Can you recommend other sources of information I can study?

Gladly! Go to "Learn More" and you will see a list of books I feel are really good reference sources or just good reading about selling, interpersonal relationships or marketing to consumers. I spend about two hours a day scanning the internet and reading books so I can help you be a better salesperson. These are the best I have read. And if you want to get them, just click on the book name and it will take you direct to Amazon's website where you can buy it.
